A package was handed in on 22 february 2013 to be delivered to Congo. And too date the ;person did not receive the package. According to DHL's promise to customer the package will be delivered 2-3 working days. well its been 14 days and no package. Queried this with the call centre and i was advised that a query has been lodged and someone with contact me at 10:00am this morning. still no call
Please could this be resolved as a matter of urgency
