Capitec Bank
The Prescriptions Act 68 of 1969

The Prescriptions Act 68 of 1969 states that certain debts prescribe after 3 years. This is certainly the case with this capitec account, my question is why then is the account still listed on my transunion accounts record. I demand that this account be closed and that is reflects as such on my transunion record. I have not acknowledged this debt neither have i made payments. Please close this account immediately. I will continue posting on hello peter until you hear my call. I have posted a complaint before but you don't seem to want to accept my call for prescription which i am legally entitled to. I'm well awre that you claim i need to go to court to claim prescription and this is absolute rubbish, according to the "Prescriptions Act" and the National credit Act as soon as i claim prescription you are obliged to close this account. This account is well over 3 years old and i have credit reports to prove this!!!
