Yesterday I went to an Fnb atm to withdraw money, hence I tried and the slip indicated that there was a system error and I was advised to contact the nearest branch .on arrival I was told to wait 8 weeks for my money .my question is why must I wait so long for the money whereas the slip indicated that they was a problem with the machine .can someone assist as the money was meant to pay my son's school fees .this is indeed inconveniencing me. I don't understand why I must wait for so long for the matter to be resolved, I thought the dlip was good enough to validate my query. Can someone help as I'm expected to pay the school fees by Monday
