I went to an ATM inside a Checkers in Westgate to withdraw money, An sms went off indicating that the money went off my account however the machine didn't dispense the money requested. I went to a branch in Key West and gave them the slip which shows that no money was dispensed by the ATM machine and I was told that it would take 15 working days before I can get my money back, now that sounds ridiculous to me that I have to wait that long when I have the proof of the slip that I didn't get the money. Why and when did this become my problem??? I want my money back, I need it now hence I was withdrawing it.
