I withdraw the money and didnt get the money

On the 25/08/2013 around 19h10 was at the atm trying to withdraw the money that was on the ewallet and suprisingly i didnt get cash only the slip came out noted the amount was out (R1550.00) Next day I went to the bank and report the matter they gave me Dispute form to sign and they said they will give the feedback, there was no feedback until I take my responsibility to called them on tuesday I spoke to Thembi from the branch she logged the call to the call centre of which she advice me to wait 7 to 14 working days. I need money to pay accounts, please help the ref number -48649.
