Hi

I am absolutely furious because I was debited with R2750 for the previous month and I DO NOT download anything on my phone.

My average for all the years that I have been with Vodacom has been around R500/R600 per month

This is absolutely ridiculous.

I demand a refund be done as soon as possible, otherwise I will definitely take this matter further.

Three days into this month and it is already saying My bill so far is R2489.24

HOW THE IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE?

Please investigate this as a matter of urgency and I will NOT wait 14 days for it to be resolved.

Maynard Abrahams sent me a text saying it will take 14 working days because of an "audit"

I WILL NOT WAIT 14 Days

It is very quick for you guys to debit the money that was never used by me so I expect an immediate response before I take this matter further up.
