I have never been humiliated in ma life

I wanted to open an account and thus I had to ask family members and friends on which bank I had to go to and most of them said Capitec is the one that is good. Today I did go to the bank and what an experience i had. when I arrived I was told that I cannot open an account as my proof of resident is so old and had to go back and find another one thus I told the guy that I don't have any other proof and he advised me take a form that had to be filled by the person I stay with.

I took the form and then go home and it was completed, when I got back I found two ladies at the entrance and one of the is Nthabiseng and the other one didn't have a name tag on. They told me that I should have brought a proof of residence of the person who owns the house I am staying in, she was so rude in such a way that I was so scared myself. I then go back home to take the proof of residence and when I come back they say the proof doesn't have a date and I must also go back to home affairs to have another ID as the one I have is tarnished.

I only wanted to open an account and that's all not the drama and insults that I got today from this bank staff. I hope others will see how this bank is.
