Wasting my time

I was contacted on Friday 01-02-2013 by the Standard bank card division to notify me that my credit card is ready for delivery at Standard Bank Highveld Mall. I went to Standard Bank Highveld Mall to collect y Card on Monday 04-02-2013 getting there i was helped after standing in a line for 45 minutes only to be told that my proof of residence is just out of the 3 month period and they can not accept it, not even a stamped original document from the supplier that has my proof of residence would be accepted. i was told to go and get a alternate proof of residence.

I returned to the bank a couple of hours later with another proof of residence wich they would accept only to stand in a longer line waiting close to an hour to get service.when I got in front by the counter I was now told that my card has not arrived and I would have to come back again another time.

This is not acceptable as I am not a difficult person but I do not sit on my backside and do nothing all day time is money and i just wasted half a day for nothing. If this is the way one gets treated then I will rather move my bussiness elsewhere.
