Proof of residence not acceptable

I have an exsisting Gold chq acc with FNB i applied for another one and well the acc is linked to my profile but i was waiting for the card
As the card arrives i had to stand in my reception area for close to 15mins because the delivery guy had to phone to hear if its acceptable
i gave him a notification that was posted to me by the post office... and thats not acceptable, ... WHY?? It was posted to me
after staniding there for 15 mins he told me that since i dont have a uitility bill i need to get an affadavit and my moms ID and utility bill and he will come tomorrow
I then told him to take the card back and FNB must cancel it cos i dont have time for
SO FNB cancel that card and account!!!
