Refund not received on overpayment of account

I had a loan and an account with African bank. I then settled the accounts earlier in the year. Now when I needed to get refunded they didn't want to refund me. Reason I overpaid is that they gave me a wrong settlement amount. I called a couple of times to request the refund and they keep telling me I am missing documents, which is submit, also which if I had not queried it I wouldn't have known. It has been over a month now that I requested the refund, but with no news. I was told I will get the refund in 3 days. Gloria Thabane, from the Menlyn branch has also been trying to assist but with no luck. I therefore request my refund urgently, it was nice for them to take my money away from me and now when they need to repay me they don't want to take responsibility. I therefore request this to be sorted ASAP
