Waiting on Refund

To Whom It May Concern
I settled my credit card at African Bank on 09/09/2013. Due to a typo, I paid too much to African Bank. I have logged several refund requests and since last week, I have been calling the call centre 2 - 3 times a day but still no refund has been done. When I called last Friday, I was advised that turn around time for refunds was 48 hours. I would just like my refund to be processed ASAP. PLEASE?
