I have been over billed for my loans last payment due to the fact that the African bank system was programmed to debit that amount only, on the 15th December I was billed 3100 instead of the balance remaining of 1990, when I called on the 17th/12 I asked for the loan to be closed and my credit to be paid back I spoke to Abel who didn't give me his surname he said he will request his team leader to immediately process the refund, that didn't happen I called again on the 23rd n spoke to Musa hlongwane who advised me that the loan has not been closed and the refund was not processed he also advised me that his team leader with definitely process the refund and close the account, and my refund will be paid before the end of business day.till today I have not heard from any of the consultants team leader and my refund paid.i have received no joy from trying to settle the African bank loan when it comes to debiting ones account they are the first to debit at 12 am before u even get your salary but they cnt have such efficiency when they have to refund people.please assist I need my money back and to close the loan I have settled, 5 days have expired.
