I settled one of my loans with African Bank, i paid more than my settlement amount was now i requested that you refund my money back to my account, ive been waiting since the 4th December, but ive been told that the money that was supposed to be refunded is now used to pay my other loan, i dont understand why you do that as you already deducted the installment from my bank account. Refund me asap i need that money
