Horrible Service & Refuse to refund my money

I took a loan with African Bank & after several months of paying off the loan I requested for a settlement amount in order to settle the account & then asked the consultant what would happen to the monthly installment after I've paid off the loan as I settled prior to the debit order date, she then assured me that the money would be refunded to me immediately, I then requested to be sent documents stating the settelement amount & confirm that I would be refunded, I received the confirmation email & paid off the account, I sent them my banking details as well as the documents they requested to process the refund. then on the 31 july 2013 they debited me the monthly instalment, I called the call center on the same day to refund me my money. I received the worst devastaing disgusting service of my life, from the call center agent to the supervisors & management. I went to their branch still didn't recieve any assistance. Clearly they are defective & towards their customer. Till this second I haven't received my money, african bank is the worst finacial service provider you can ever deal with. My worst nightmare & I'm going to the omburdsman. I want my money african bank.
