First National Bank

I had a personal loan with FNB of R60000-00 and I have settled it via African Bank on the 12th December, 2013. Due to un-updated info on the credit bureau, African Bank paid R5700-00 more as a settlement, notified FNB on the 23th Dec 2013 already and according to them I had to wait for 24-48 hrs. for refund, today is the 20th Dec still no refund have been contacting the bank the whole week, they keep on telling me that it is still within the turnaround time. This is very annoying because it seems as if nobody cares, I am just another number to FNB customers, I do not feel you guys you really care, as there is no update or whatsoever, it took you a day to accept the money and settle the account, to refund what is not yours is taking you forever already that shows how careless you are when it comes to your millions of customers, it is the reason why I transferred my loan to smaller bank in the first place, I must tell you service, I will move my bond and cheque acc to another smaller bank that cares.
