My money being held for no good reason!

I made a payment on the 3rd of October for my water and lights through the easy pay website using my FNB cheque card. The payment failed immediately on the easypay side due to a technical error but I had received an sms from FNB stating the money was reserved. I thought the money would be released within a few hours as normally happens and when it hadn't occurred I called easypay on the 4th of October. They said that the money was sitting with FNB and would probably release in 72 hours.

Today I called easypay again and they said to contact FNB because the money is sitting with them. FNB now says that I have to fill in a dispute form (which I have done) and wait ANOTHER 5-7 working days for the money to be released even though the transaction failed.

This is ridiculous! I need to pay my bills to keep my power on but you are holding my money for no valid reason!!! I want my money released immediately!!!
