After deducting the whole amount for all the transactions; AFTER THE FACT EasyPay shows that two of the transactions have failed leaving R7100, 00 in LIMBO.
Only one payment went through for R250.00, yet more than R7000.00 was deducted from my credit card; when I phoned the call desk at EasyPay all they could say is the bank will reverse it after 7 days; until then my Water & Lights could be cut off since I can't afford to pay another R6000.00 just because EasyPay can't follow-up.
After all my years with EasyPay this is a first! Seriously - WHERE IS MY MONEY!
