A payment I made in 2012 to ekurhuleni for my water and lights bill was revered by easy pay, I was not contacted by easypay, they did not attempt to resolve this first with me in person, they simply reversed the payment. I did not even know this is possible, it took me the whole day on the phone to try and find out that easy pay simple took the money out of my municipality bill. Now my account is in the red.
Easypay severely broke the trust I had in them, I will find it very difficult to trust any third part payment service again.
Very unhappy customer.
