Hold on card but transaction was processed

It is a pity that I have to first logde a complaint with hellopeter before I can get a response from FNB. On 18 October 2013 (a week ago) I have tried to pay 3 accounts via easypay using my cheque card. There was an error on the easypay website and only 1 of 3 payments went through but easypay reserved an amount of R 1420 on my card. Only R 1119 was paid and this transaction went through my account. The reserved amount should be cancelled on my card because easypay has already collected the money from my account. I have phoned FNB, emailed them - no response. I have even sent the easypay email and all the details to [Email Removed] and got a reference number but still no feedback. At the moment my account is shown as overdrawn because of this "hold" on my card which should be removed. Please can someone revert back to me and cancel this "hold" of R1420 on my account. Thanks.
