I registered. Then I checked my easypay number which they said works. Then I paid an amount of R5069.50 to my municipality. Then I get a screen telling me the transaction failed due to server issues. However, the money has left my account and now I must try and recover it from my own bank according to their call center which takes 15 min to answer a call. Trust me - find another way to pay your accounts. THIS IS NOT IT. THERE IS NOTHING EASY ABOUT EASYPAY.
The call centre just reiterates that none of this is their fault as they don't take your money and that I must take it up with my own bank but i 'might' get my money back within 10 working days.
Useless.
