Failed Transaction

This is now the second time in 3 months that my electricity purchase is not sucessfull! The money is reserved on my bank account but no transaction on their side. All the call centre agent Mark can say is that if I try it again it will go through, and the failed transaction will be refunded within the next 7 days. This results into me having to make long and expensive phone calls to the various parties (Easypay and the bank) in order to release these funds earlier, without easypay helping at all, will they refund these?

DONT USE EASYPAY, THEY.
