Coming back to my previous complaint. This was not resolved ansd the arranged amount was not deducted now nedbank contacts me for arears due to the fact that no arrangement has been made. As someone who has been up to date and a good record up to now. This is unaceptable. They are ddforcing there ccustomes into dept. Thus for making an arrangement I wasted my time. If I do do adminastration or dedt review I am unable to open any acounts for 5 years. Why is it that they would alllow loyal customers into such a possition. I want to know why it is that there staff does not do their work and I. Get punnished for it?
