For the past year or so I've been having problems with Nedbank harrassing me on a monthly, sometimes even weekly basis for payments on my Nedbank Personal Loan account. I have been under debt review since 2009 already and i don't see my financial status has not changed to date, therefore how they can keep harassing me I don't undrstand. I received a call yesterday (15-01-14) asking if they can arrange a date for the next payment. I asked the person why we must have an arrangement every month and why do they keep calling me. They also ask for my ID every time which I refuse to give over the phone. I am paying R500 pm which I can barely afford but they never satisfied and they KEEP calling. When is this nonsense going to stop now! Personal Loans dept needs to catch a wake up!
