Nedbank deducting double the payment in February because they only made the arrangements for 1 month..now the client must suffer because of the incompetence of the staff in the dept of accounts not notifying the client that they only load the arrangement for 1 month on their system... spoke to John in the debtors dept and he informed me they will not refund me because the arrangement was only for 1 month..My question ..Why must the client suffer because of the staff not informing them that the arrangement is only 1 month..I did not know of it now it is my problem.
