Nedbank Customer Service Fails

I was telephonically approached by a woman claiming to represent a "Nedbank special deal to loyal customers" I have been a Nedbank client with a good record for over 30 years She sold me a hospital top up plan which would award me R1000 for every day that I might be in hospital Hoping that I would not have to use it I agreed and she said she would arrange a stop order on my current account She did not ask for any details of my account and the next month and for many months after the amount was deducted from my account About 10 days ago I was involved in an accident and landed in hospital for over 24 hours When I felt well enough I contacted the Nedbank call centre and spent hours waiting on the phone, being put though to the wrong people, given the wrong contact number or simply being cut off I finally filled in a complaint form and one day later was contacted by someone who said he was from Nedbank At the time I was unable to have a conversation and asked if he could call back in 10 minutes He agreed to do this Two days have passed and I have still not been contacted by anyone from my bank
