Firstly, I am shocked at the number of complaints, I've been banking with you for 8 years and never had an issue until today. I received a granted home loan letter today only to find that the property to purchase address is incorrect and actually contains my current address im residing at instead of the actual property I want to purchase. from the first consultant that I spoke to when applying for the loan right to the consultants that I spoke to today, one word to describe them incompetent. now I have to wait up to 8 days for someone to get back to me for an erorr thats not mine. now the whole process as to be stalled because someone captured the incorrect address. This is not a type of experience that a first time buyer wants to go through and im so disappointed in the calibre of people that are employed by your call centre. go back and listen to the calls and you will understand. very very disappointed standard bank... from a loyal clieny
