FNB Private Clients - Bad service

I logged a complaint on the FNB Private client facility for a transfer from my recurring facility that does not work, i have just received a response from the call centre saying that i have to pay back at least 15% of money owed before i can transfer funds form my facility. (THIS AFTER A WEEK). When i caled them back to say that i have actually paid back 20% they transferred me top a call centre where i had to interact with a machine. Is this how FNB treat their private clients? the service is shocking!
