Private Client - what is the use?

Applied for facility (minimum amount), was sent email monday chasing me for remaining documents so they could come back to me Monday. I called and emailed Monday, no response, I emailed Tuesday, the representative was busy in a strat session all day then credit had gone home. Isabel called me Wednesday stating credit were concerned my credit card was maxed (I have had for 8 years and always maxed, hence they make a fortune as I pay every month). She also stated my salary was not paid into FNB (guess what, treat me like this and I will pay it elsewhere and get a facility their).. I paid in the salary yesterday. Now Thursday (end of day), still problems with Credit... You have exactly 1 day to resolve this or I will be going to Standard Bank. Amy I need to see you tomorrow early please. Fed up with credit sticking to RULES and not looking a the bigger picture. REgards
