Private Banker Floreen Singh - No response

I have an overdraft facility that was supposed to reduce to a certain amount and then fixed. Floreen Singh was appointed as my private banker nearly a year ago. She has not made the effort to introduce herself to me. When I contacted her regarding the issue that they have reduced the overdraft facility even further, she has not even had the courtesy to come back to me on the matter. it has now been 2 weeks and no word from her.
She is totally incompetent to be a private banker.
