I tried using the online query facility, but your system suggests going to FAQ's, and if you cannot find a solution, to call the contact centre. No option to post the details of my complaint, no e-mail address.
I was in the queue at Makro yesterday, went into eBucks to buy a virtual voucher, and saw that I am now a Private Banking client. My discount level had changed from 40% to 20%.
I had to return everything. Please fix this, I am not an FNB Private banking client and have no desire to become one eithet.
