Ref: 1285500, I was recently upgraded to Private Clients at FNB, and use to get excellent service from my Platinum consultant Mona Snyman. Whenever I log a query with Private Clients I always get rude staff that do not want to help, or they take days to respond to my e-mail queries.
This suppose to be a superior service I should now receive, but this is not happening! I received better service from Platinum conultants. I think FNB is just upgrading clients left right and centre to make money, but do not have the back end support!
I have not even received a call from my new banker introducing herself. I definately need a new competant banker!
