I have always had excellent service as a Platinum account holder with FNB however, the day I decided to upgrade my account to a Private Banking facility everything went horribly wrong. My thinking was if the service I was receiving as a platinum account holder was that good, private banking should be better. Unfortunately the reality is very different. Poor service levels, turn around times and excuses after excuses for the horrible service provided. Think twice before joining FNB Private Clients!
