Finally got a call from Capitec, was told he will call me back the next day with feedback lol its been a week and nothing. I am so over this there's a reason you agents and call centers cant handle issues and thats because of poor management, there's no one that can lead by example here. Absolutely appalling, I am now confident in saying Capitec is not a real bank, but its our fault we want to save a few rands and we accept this poor service
