POOR SERVICE AND IRRESPONSIBLE

I received a bad service from Capitec bank (Reds mall), I changed my bank from Absa to Capitec last year November, because I have a loan with Capitec bank, Capitec debited their money on the 21st of December and then I transfered money into my absa bank because I noticed that they debit orders did not go through my Capitec bank account, I then notified my branch the Consultant said they will sort it out at their head office, Again in January all my debit orders did not go through I went to the branch, they apologized, again now in Feb my debit orders did not go through, I told them I want to buy a car, When I used Absa I never had a minus, I told capitec to write a letter to the credit bureau and tell them it was their fault that the debit orders did not go through, Capitec is blaming me for not paying my debit orders what I dont understand is I will have to wait for another 3 months
I spoke to the branch Manager Prudence who said Capitec does not want to take responsibility, Capitec does not want to write the letter to the bureau, I really don't understand whose fault is it, I am really off with the service that I received from Capitec Bank
