On the 7th June 2013 I received a call from Capitec Complaints Department, the gentleman told me that he thinks it was a technically problem and he just wanted to hear my story again and said that he is 100% sure that it was Capitec fault & he is going to make sure with the IT department then he will get back to me, which has not happened yet, it is almost a week ago, if i knew this was going to happen i would have never applied by capitec for an account or even let them keep my money... don't trust capitec any more, i see im not the only person who has a problem Capitec is bad stay away
