I asked a question on Facebook about turnaround time for the clearance of a cheque in my Capitec account. Firstly I googled the question and found more complaints than positive feedback on Capitec bank. This was concerning and I then asked the question on FB. Answer!!! Unacceptable... Why 14days for clearance??? Please explain to me why any other bank in SA can do this in less than 14 days? Why should I bank with a Capitec that portrays to be so good out there but in real life... I have problems that people cant eft from ABSA or STD Bank to my Capitec account. This even gave me more reason to shop for a new bank asap!! Hallo Standard Bank and Hallo FNB!! Good bye Capitec bank
