NO RESPONSE TO MY MATTER!

Capitec bank... I waited for the feedback and never got it, now today i take an iniative to call the Capitec Bank, they tell me after weeks of complaining that they are not going to refund my debit irrespecective of their promise to call or attend the matter they never bothered. I wonder which feedback is it that i was going to get, if they told me from th onset i would have gladly let go of this matter but they made false promises and i can only be told of that by a call centre agent who said there was nothing she could do but it was declined, FALSE PROMISES OF ATTENDING TO MATTER IS BAD... I wonder if the matter was ever reffered to rICHARD sOFISA or was i responded to for fun... VERY DISSAPPOINTED BY CAPITEC BANK!
