I am still waiting for feedback, its been more than a week now, Clearly no one wants to assist me from Capitec bank, Capitec was responsible for my unpaid debit order, now I have to suffer. I was told when I went to the branch that the assistant branch manager would call me, I am still waiting...
I am really not happy with the service that I recieved eversince I started banking with Capitec bank.
