I have received an sms from Candice Davis 2 weeks ago to say that i have been approved for a loan for R 7000.00 it took her 3 days to get back to me regarding this after i send it back to her i had to phone her and ask her what was happening on Thursday 12/09/2013 i recieved another sms from candice stating that she needs more statements due to the poor service from Capitec bank i had to go to african bank for a loan. Because of poor service i was now declined by Capitec bank for the personal. This to me is unacceptable as Capitec Bank put me in this position.
I even wanted to change from Fnb to Capitec due to the service from Fnb, But now it looks like its better to stay with Fnb.
