I was in an accident on 23 April 2013, the claim was approved and car sent to Indibano Panelbeaters on 9 May 2013.
We raised numerous concerns about Indibano that Discovery ignored & sent the car there anyway. Contact person there is David.
The car was repaired but not 100% - still issues but we were told we could use the car anyway. We have been constantly calling Indibano to enquire on the outstanding parts since 3 June but they keep saying they have received nothing.
4 months later and still not in order!
The excess has been paid and 3rd party claim put in place.
David has asked my husband to go buy the parts himself and he will then repair the car! Do we now run errands for Discovery??
I am ready to publish this on all social sites and complain to the National Consumer commission as this is unacceptable. Insurance making your life easier after an accident? NEVER with Discovery!!!
