My car was involved in an accident on 5 November 2013, the person who caused the accident is a Discovery Insure client and since only minor damage was done my insurance advised me to claim directly from Discovery insure. All required documents as requested by Discovery was sent to them on 11 November and the car taken to be assessed on 25 November. No reply or settlement offer has been received to date (2 January 2014) and phoning their call centre is pointless since all third party claims personnel are always busy and apparently do not have direct telephone numbers, they also never return a call.
Luckily I'm not a Discovery Insure client.
