for cansellation of my deferred premium facility

i have all email communication between me and them, its fristrating that every month end i have to stay and spend money on the phone talking to them about the same matter, last month(March0 they deducted premioum for both policies, i have advised them to decuct any outstanding premium.
its like im doing them a favour where as there are a lot of policy companies i vcan get servise from, i am paying for this service and they must just provide better service that this
