Poor service

On 13 September I was involved in a car accident. First for women came to the scene. Thanks for that. I got a car rental from Budget through Leone. Thanks for that. I was then handed over to Sabelo who was able to extend car service till 8 November. Thanks for that. However, I am unhappy with the manner in which I have been treated by Sabelo and Indibano Panel Beaters. They told me of unforeseen damages that they had realised when I was supposed to receive the car. Two weeks ago I was told my car would be ready. It is still not ready. Car rental was taken away from me despite Sabelo promising Indibano would assist. Sabelo has since gone awol. I had to call her 5 times on Friday 8 November before she responded to my call. She told Indibano they would extend car rental. She told me to return car. On Friday 8Nov Indibano advised car would be ready early this week. I called on Monday David advised it would be ready Thurs Fri this week. He was not sure. I have to call Indibano to get an update as Sabelo has gone awol. I never took car to Indibano. First for Women did. So why are you now awol. I paid my premiums on time every month. What ever happened to due diligence. I want my car back or give me a car rental!!
