NO SERVICE AT PANELBEATERS OR INSURANCE

I was in an accident on 14 March 2013 at about 07:30 in the morning. The Mini-bus driver didnt see me and drove into my lane and colided with my car.
We tried to report the accident the same day that afternoon after I came back from the hospital and when everything was calmer.
The following day we called the people from who we bought the car and they gave us a ladies contact details and she referred us to Mr Mandla Ngwane from Ample Insurance Brokers. Since then we have corresponded with him, I have sent the Claim form with attachments to Mandla on 15 March 2013. We received an sms which informed us the vehicle is at Indibano Panelbeaters.
As per e-mail of Mandla Ngwane he informed us that the assessor assesed the car on 26 March 2013 and was the report sent.
Affinity Insurance gave authorisation to Indibano on 23 April 2013 and we are still waiting for our car till today. I am without transport for more than 3 months now and when we call them they say they will call us back but they never do. Our parents were at Indibano and they just say we will receive the car next week, and it is already 3 weeks since then. We visited them on 28 June 2013 and the car was not finished.
