I laid a claim against my policy as I met an accident. The wheel cap of my car came off during the accident but Discovery Insure and their assessment partners are refusing to include the wheel cap in the claim. This is absurd as a person takes out insurance so that they are covered for their losses. Not with Discovery. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. They are not as good as they advertise.
