I lost my job in mid August and I struggled to pay my installment for september 2013 but I did manage to pay it in time. Come 1st of october I started a new job at a reputable company but I didnt have money to pay for the installment. So I wrote them an email explaining my situation and that I would start paying again end of the month. They replied me and said contact this number 0116496000 so you can arrange your payments. I called the number only to be told that these were debt collectors. The lady, name forgotten, was very rude and talking to me like am a criminal! I asked her who called who? If I was not interested in paying my dues I wouldnt email them and call them again with my own airtime. Very bad customer service! Very rude customer service consultants! I hang up on her because I was getting cross with her choice of words and her very ugly attitude.
