Rude Behaviou

I was called yesterday (07/02/2013) afternoon by Aarthi Jagnath and she was very rude and didnt even want to listen to my story. i was out of work for a couple of months and have tried to make arrangements which i've tried to keep up to. now im working when i tried to explain to her that im gonna pay my full premium this month end and would like to arrange on how i can cover up for the outstanding dues, she gave me bad attitude even threatened to lay criminal charges on me because they dont have my address. and she told me it was the last call from wesbank and i asked her when did she call to try and get my story before she could tell me about last calls. My Boss also called to speak to Sunet Stuart but he was told she would call him back which never happened and he tried again and the same Aarthi Jagnath gave him attitude and said he must just wait and see if Sunet does call. meaning they dont care about customer service, i might be indebted to wesbank, but i deserve to be talked to with respect and i cant allow to be threatened. these situation clearly shows how less wesbank does care about its customer satisfaction.
