I was under debt review last and In October 2012 I went on unpaid maternity leave for 4 months, where in this 4 month I was unable to pay my debt review. Therefore my account could not be paid for 4 month. Last month I get a call from Rainbow finance regarding my house& home account. The lady that called me was so rude, she did not want to me to make an arrangement at first and insisted that they were coming to collect my goods. I did advise that I could pay a certain amount for the next couple of months until my situation changed and she refused, she asked me to pay a double installment and I said that I could not afford it and I would try and pay the normal installment, she said that she would speak to her manager and get back to me. After a month another lady calls me today regarding this account. This lady was also very rude, did not want to listen to what I have to say, I even told her I can make an arrangement to pay the normal installment and she didnot want to listen and rudly told me Im handing you over to the atterony and puts the phone down. I want to pay my overdue account & make an arrangement but no one wants to listen. Can someone help me
