I have a home choice account which was paid monthly with no issue, I lost my job in August 2012 and continued to make the required monthly installments. I was unable to pay 1 months installment and I paid late on the recent installment as I was paying with my UIF which has now come to an end. I never missed a payment only the last 2 months as I have had issues with my UIF. I receive calls from them everyday 3-5 calls a day. One day I received 6 calls in 10 minutes. I have to explain my situation to a different consultant with each call, I have never dealt with such rude, uncouth and uneducated consultants until I signed up with Home choice. They do not make notes on the system, they put the phone down in your ear, they scream at you and make you out to be a criminal. Due to my experience with them I will never recommend Home Choice to any of my friends or family, they have also lost my future business. I have never in my life been treated as badly as they have treated me! I do not have a job or an income - its already a stressful situation and being harassed and treated badly does not help in any way!
