Terrible customer service

I went to purchase a DStv decoder on 21/12/2013. I asked the salesman who was passing about the decoder and where I could pay and he provided me with the details. After paying he told me to go back to him for further instruction.

When I went back he was with another customer and I sat on the sit next to the customer. He then gave the customer the phone to talk to someone and he started talking to me. He was trying to serve the two of us at the same time. He had to call the person who was supposed to connect the dish for us. After two rings he said the guy was not picking up and he wrote the number on the slip and said I had to call the guy.

He then stood up and called the other customer leaving me to wonder what I was supposed to do. When I called him and asked him for further instruction, he just shouted at me and told me that we were done.

I had to ask another member of staff in the shop for clarification on what I was supposed to do. He was rude. terribly rude. I asked for the manager and the other staff member said the manager was not in. It was terrible customer service!
